We take pride in the work we do and back it with a strong warranty policy. Over the last year, we’ve honored many warranties—whether the issue was a part defect or an honest mistake—because your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we ask that you reach out to us directly before leaving a negative review. We’re always willing to make things right, but we can’t fix what we don’t know about. It’s also important to note that reviews—positive or negative—have never influenced how we handle warranty claims. We don’t use reviews as bargaining chips, and no one is denied support based on whether or not they leave one. Our goal is simple: to stand behind our work and treat every customer fairly.
Warranty
At Alex’s Auto Care LLC, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we use. Our standard warranty for general repairs is 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers both parts and labor for repairs performed at our facility.
However, please note the following important conditions:
Customer-Supplied Parts: If a customer chooses to supply their own parts for the repair, our standard warranty will not apply. In such cases, we cannot guarantee the performance or compatibility of the parts, and any resulting issues will not be covered under our warranty.
Warranty Limits: The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the original parts and labor performed. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Exclusions: Routine wear and tear, improper maintenance, repairs based on a diagnostic not performed by Alex’s Auto Care LLC and damages caused by accidents or misuse are not covered under this warranty.
Validation: This warranty is valid only for the vehicle on which the repair was performed and is non-transferable.

SMS Notification Policy for Alex’s Auto Care
By choosing to receive services at Alex’s Auto Care, customers have the option to receive SMS notifications regarding service updates, appointment reminders, and invoice information. During the estimate process, customers are presented with an option to voluntarily opt-in for SMS notifications by selecting the appropriate box on the estimate form. This form, provided with each estimate, allows customers to clearly indicate their consent to receive these communications. Where applicable, Alex’s Auto Care employees will be given an SMS Opt-In form to sign if their job position requires SMS notifications from Alex’s Auto Care in order to complete a given task.
Opt-In Process
To comply with legal and regulatory standards, Alex’s Auto Care does not enable SMS notifications by default. Customers must actively choose to opt-in by checking the selection box on the estimate form, which they receive and sign in person. For customers scheduling online appointments, there is a separate checkbox to opt-in to SMS notifications, allowing them to consent digitally. The screenshots below provide examples of both the in-person estimate form and the online appointment form, highlighting where customers have the option to opt-in for SMS notifications.
Opt-Out Instructions
Customers who have opted in to SMS notifications can opt out at any time. To stop receiving SMS notifications, simply reply “STOP” to any message received, or contact us directly to update your preferences.
